"I was consulted last week by Francois Le Villard. . . . The case was concerned with a will, and possessed some features of interest. I was able to refer him to two parallel cases, the one at Riga in 1857, and the other at St. Louis in 1871." (SIGN)
The Parallel Case meets at Big Sleep Books on five Monday nights per year at 7:30PM. While optional, all are invited to gather at Dressel's Restaurant for a light dinner or just conversation, generally arriving between 6:00 and 6:30PM.
The group meets to discuss the works of the canon, consisting of the four novellas and fifty six short stories that chronicle the casework of "The Master", Mr. Sherlock Holmes.
The Parallelogram, edited by Pat Acccardo, is published by the PCofSTL for its members and other interested Sherlockians. Submissions, letters and other inquiries may be addressed to the Managing Editor.
